  • staff were friendly and helpful and english language ability was good. ( maybe bar staff could improve on this, as czech language is difficult to learn and even with a phrase book pronunciation is hard). it was very helpful that the menu had actual pictures of the dish and was explained in english aswell. a very nice hotel in general. good food nice staff and rooms are comfy. a lovely beer garden at the back to enjoy the excellent czech beers.

  • Spokojenost, cena velmi příjemná, byla jsem tam s dětma na sraze po třiceti letech - ve třílůžkovém pokoji, za cenu za kterou byste v K.Varech nebydleli. Všichni příjemní, čisto všude, paní recepční ochotná.

  • Celkově byl pobyt v hotelu příjemný.

  • Restaurace patřící k hotelu by měla, kdyby se hodnotila jako součást hotelu 0 bodů. Personál je neskutečně pomalý, např. na pití jsme čekali 20 min a to jsme byli v restauraci jediní. Z ostatních cest jsme zvyklí, že ke snídani automaticky patří např. máslo, zde jsou toho názoru, že pokud ho host žádá, musí si ho zaplatit. Jídlo bylo dobré, ale to je tak jediný pozitivní dojem z této restaurace. Nebylo to naše první ubytování v tomto hotelu a vždy byla s restaurací naprostá spokojenost. Nevím, co se změnilo, ale rozhodne to byla změna k horšímu.

Dobrý den,
jsme rádi, že nehodnotíte restauraci jako součást hotelu, protože jeho součásti opravdu není.
V restauraci se před nedávnem změnil provozovatel a bohužel se hotelu velice špatně spolupracuje s novým vedením resturace. Doufáme, že se to brzy změní a vše bude zase jako dřív.
